All guests receive a welcome pack on arrival, which includes everything from tea and coffee to washing powder and toiletries. *The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there, and returned there upon check out. Management reserve the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorize a security deposit on a credit/debit card from GBP 50 to GBP 250 per person upon arrival (subject to an individual reservation). Please be advised that cash, Visa Electron, Solo or Laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorization. A weekly cleaning service is provided.
