Our villas are located in the south of Lanzarote, in a central yet peaceful setting, just 150 metres from the nearest beach, restaurants, and supermarket. The complex consists of 16 villas divided into two phases (Phase I and Phase II). Each phase features a year-round heated, saltwater swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The accommodation offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere while providing easy access to all the island's main attractions. During reception opening hours, our staff will be happy to provide helpful local tips, assist you with booking excursions and car rentals, and answer any questions you may have. Only for adults to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for all visitors. No pets allowed. Description of inventory: Our villas are equipped with a wide range of amenities. Each bungalow has a view of the gardens, a lounge-kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace, air condition/heating, fridge, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, flat-screen TV, in the lounge and bedrooms, iron and ironing board, free wifi & safe. New Lanzasuites is self-catering. Approximately 2 days before your arrival date, you will receive all relevant arrival information and access codes. our villa will be ready from 3 p. m. and the check- out time on the day of departure is at 10 a. m. For the registration, please come to the reception during opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a. m. to 3 p. m. (closed on weekends and bank holidays). We are looking forward to welcome you!
