Seat numbers

• At present, we are unable to tell you your seat numbers when booking tickets. However, seats are allocated by the theatre as soon as you book your tickets and will be the best available from our allocation at the time of booking. All seats booked in the same price group will, of course, be together or at the very least be in front or behind each other in the theatre. In the very unlikely event of this not being possible we will call you and give you the option of cancelling your booking. However if booking in two or more price bands, you will not be sat together

Ticket delivery

• Your tickets will be held for you to collect at the venue's box office from 10.00 on the day of performance. Please make sure you collect your tickets by 14.00 for matinee performances and for evening performances by 19.00 at the latest
  Please remember to bring along your confirmation email as proof of purchase

  Please note: This theatre is very strict on the exchange and cancellation of tickets. Please ensure that all of your details are correct before making the booking, as mistakes cannot and will not be rectified later

• Christmas Schedule 2010:
  • Extra matinee performances on December 20, 23, 24, 28 & 31 at 14.30
  • No performances on December 25
  • No evening performances on December 24 & 31
• Running time: 2hrs 45mins
• The recommended age limit is over 8s only, babies in arms will not be admitted. All children must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat
  Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children
• No dress code

• The theatre is next to Victoria rail, underground and bus stations
